Entry-Level Machine Operators

Kelly Services is hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators on behalf of a growing metal parts manufacturer, where hands-on training and growth opportunities are part of every shift!

$19.00 Per Hour

2nd Shift Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm - 3:00 am

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and tools according to safety guidelines and production standards

Complete equipment set-ups per customer specs and internal quality procedures

Inspect parts for quality and document findings as required

Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper working condition

Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations

Return all tools to their designated places daily

Qualifications & Skills:

Basic machine operation and maintenance knowledge

Ability to read blueprints and production instructions

Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Basic math skills

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine issues

Familiarity with hand and power tools
