Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team. If you thrive on taking initiative and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps operations running smoothly, this role might be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating correspondence.

Assist with property management documentation, such as lease agreements, tenant communication, and vendor contracts.

Maintain organized filing systems-both physical and digital-ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.

Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, property owners, and vendors, resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Process invoices, track expenses, and assist in preparing financial reports for properties.

Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, collaborating with internal teams and service providers to ensure timely resolution.

Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and other materials as needed by the management team.

Handle general office duties, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements

2+ years of administrative experience; property management or real estate industry experience preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
