The Aunt Aggie De's Pralines, Inc. (AADP') Factory Team Member will be trained in various positions.
These positions include but are not limited to the following: dipping and wrapping pralines and other confections, packaging and shipping products, dish washing, and factory cleaning.
Team members will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of their workspace, utensils, pots, kettles, and other factory implements; as well as, the common areas in the Factory.
Team Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work in a manner consistent with the AADP manufacturing guidelines.
Comply with all AADP policies and programs.
Report all possible contamination of products.
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement of the AADP's Departmental Food Safety Plan.
Maintain a working knowledge of HAACP guidelines and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain a clean work space.
Prepare and package AADP products per AADP standards.
Follow the FIFO Rule when stocking the AADP products in the freezer and/or cool room.
Perform duties in a timely manner.
Arrive to work on time.
Accept placement at various work stations in the factory at the direction of the Factory Team Leader.
Necessary Skills and Abilities
Provide a current Food Handler's Permit.
Maintain a Food Handler's Permit at all times during employment With AADP.
Possess knowledge of AADP's Food Safety Regulations and Procedures
Possess the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Possess the physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time.
Possess the strength to lift items up to 50 pounds.
Possess the temperament to work respectfully with others in close proximity.
