Are you a detail-driven construction professional with a passion for precision and project success? We're looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team and help shape the future of agricultural and commercial building projects across the region.
??What You'll Do
As a Construction Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of projects-from small-scale builds to multi-million-dollar developments. Your role will include:
Analyzing blueprints, sketches, and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates.
Preparing bids for projects ranging from $ 5,000 to $1 million, with occasional involvement in projects up to $ 45 million.
Collaborating with internal teams to align on project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Communicating with clients to clarify project details and expectations.
Maintaining organized records of all estimates and bid submissions.
Using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
???What You Bring
5-10 years of experience in the construction industry.
Strong background in estimation, project management, and construction management.
In-depth knowledge of pole barns and commercial-grade buildings.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in agricultural construction is a plus.
Must reside within 1 hour of Saint James, MN.
