As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol in Reno, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at this hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a sense of order, while your strong communication skills and customer service focus support positive interactions. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in all security-related matters.

Pay Rate: $17.92 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including the perimeter and common areas, to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location.

Assist with access control and monitor entry points as required by site-specific guidelines.

Support hotel and resort staff during incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

NV Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
