We are looking for an infrastructure focused and action-oriented leader to continue our rapid growth by managing and growing a motivated, collaborative team of top-notch talent.
The Principal Program Manager, Infrastructure Capacity Programs will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of programs across OCI Infrastructure Sourcing and Planning that ensure OCI Infrastructure can meet current and future demand. A successful leader in this role will develop strong partnerships with Demand and Capacity Planning, Hardware Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Finance and Delivery teams to ensure the Capacity projection is aligned with the business outlook.
In this strategic role, you'll work cross-functionally with teams across OCI to develop and execute innovative solutions and programs that drive improvements in our business. You'll leverage your impeccable organizational skills, strong business acumen, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex issues across the organization.
Successful candidates for this role will be excellent communicators, innately curious, and can influence outside of direct reporting lines. Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for:
Work cross functionally and lead the development of key programs designed to grow the business.
Coordinate across Sourcing, Contracting, Engineering, Finance, Delivery teams to ensure alignment across the organization on key infrastructure build projects.
Support leaders in infrastructure investment areas such as renewable energy and data center sourcing to support future OCI growth.
Track and report project status and risks to executive leadership.
Identify opportunities and implement improvements to internal processes.
Develop and track metrics on program effectiveness and impact across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Strong analytical background and business acumen.
Experience presenting and writing document for senior leadership review.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related quantitative discipline.
5+ years of work experience in planning or strategy-based roles.
7+ years of work experience in program management, process improvement, implementation, or project execution.
Excels at organizing, planning, executing, and tracking strategic initiatives.
Proficient with managing data via Excel, SQL, and visualization tools to tell stories.
Experience creating, iterating, and improving end-to-end processes.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer.
3+ years professional experience in high technology industries or consumer electronics.
Experience with systems modeling and other statistical analysis tools.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
