What You Will Do:
The Assistant Manager, Display Execution plays a critical role in the successful development, execution, and financial management of in-store displays and point-of-sale materials for our Consumer Products Division (CPD) brands. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of impactful retail experiences.
Core Responsibilities:
Cycle 14 Program Lead:
Lead the end-to-end management of Cycle 14 programs, from initial concept through final shipment. Collaborate closely with Brand Activation Leads, Creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure seamless program execution. Responsibilities include project kickoff, securing necessary internal approvals, verifying accurate code setup for retailer orders, overseeing display structure development with suppliers, managing artwork routing, monitoring retailer orders, and coordinating with 3PLs for on-demand display purchasing.
Demand Planning & Collaboration:
Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Commercial Planning and PEP Promotions) to gather and validate final display quantity needs monthly for all CPD brands.
Financial Management & Reconciliation:
Assist in the monthly financial reconciliation process for display expenditures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget.
Maintain and update finance display trackers for all CPD brands, providing clear visibility into spending and identifying potential discrepancies.
Support the development of annual display budgets in partnership with the Marketing and Finance teams.
Inventory Management & Reporting:
Proactively manage display inventory levels, optimizing storage and distribution to meet demand while minimizing waste.
Generate regular inventory reports to PDP highlighting key metrics such as on-hand quantities, aged inventory, and potential stock-outs.
Identify and implement strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce obsolescence.
Project Management & Timeline Adherence:
Attend weekly creative review meetings.
Meticulously track project milestones and proactively escalate any potential delays or roadblocks to the appropriate PDP stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring realistic deadlines and efficient workflow.
Logistics & Transportation:
Develop in-depth expertise in our Transplace/UberFreight transportation management system.
Proactively track shipments, identify potential shipping challenges (e.g., delays, damage), and implement effective solutions to ensure timely delivery of displays to retail locations.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a related role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required), PowerPoint, and Power BI (or other data visualization tools).
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Experience with display and print production processes is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Knowledge of point-of-sale marketing best practices.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $77,400-$110,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
