Actalent Services is looking to hire a Project Manager in Pryor OK, to support operations with a large construction company.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Project Management team to help manage and estimate construction projects.
Complete engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
Review drawings for correctness and assemble miscellaneous details necessary to prepare job bid proposals.
Develop relationships with sub-contractors and interact with them to secure necessary information for job bids.
Support Project Manager in collecting the necessary information to complete the monthly Work in Progress (WIP) report.
Assist with projecting and adherence to job budget and timing of tasks.
Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and surfacing issues to be resolved.
Control project costs by recommending expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
Travel to job site location when necessary to review progress and provide solutions to challenges.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintain project database by updating construction systems.
Be available to support the Project Manager to answer any customer inquiry.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment with attention to detail
THIS ROLE IS REQUIRED TO WORK ONSITE MONDAY - FRIDAY
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $48.08/hr.
