Transdev inPerris, Califronia is hiringa Customer Service Representativeto act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

$18.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale)

Benefits include:

Vacation: up to 5 days per year

Paid Sick Leave: 40 Hours Yearly. Full time employees; medical, dental & vision after 30 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.

Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures

Meet or exceed established performance requirements.

Document trip authorizations and details including transportation @type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

·High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

·Computer literate

·Excellent customer service skills.

·Ability to operate standard telephone system.

·Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.

Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
