As Senior Project Manager for Program Management within Digital Operations, responsible for driving strategic alignment and execution across digital initiatives by managing centralized prioritization, sprint planning, and enterprise-wide release coordination. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead and facilitate enterprise-level intake, prioritization, and backlog grooming across cross-functional digital workstreams
Coordinate the development and execution of coordinated release plans that align with business goals and platform readiness
Coordinate Program Increment (PI) and Sprint Planning sessions, ensuring dependencies are managed and timelines are realistic
Partner with Change Management teams to ensure smooth transitions for new processes, tools, and platform enhancements
Maintain clear transparency into initiative status, risks, and dependencies through structured governance and reporting mechanisms
Drive cross-business unit alignment by encouraging collaboration, ensuring transparency, and enforcing prioritization governance
Provide strategic thought leadership to continually refine planning frameworks and improve execution efficiency
Core Competencies & Skills:
Expertise in Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies
Strong communication and partner leadership skills
Experience with enterprise program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro/Lucidchart)
Deep understanding of digital operations, content platforms, and cross-functional coordination
Demonstrated ability to lead sophisticated, matrixed teams in high-visibility transformation initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, enterprise-level projects
Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, scope, and risk for large-scale initiatives
Strong communication, leadership, and partner management skills
The ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)
Experience in B2B Manufacturing
Experience working with distributed or global teams
