Job Description:
The Vice President, Global TV Distribution Finance plays a critical role within the Global TV Distribution leadership team, supporting financial planning, consolidation, executive-level reporting, and global analysis for more than $5 billion in annual revenue. Reporting directly to the CFO of Global TV Distribution, this position serves as the primary business partner for all technology-related initiatives impacting TV Distribution financial systems. The role also oversees the management of the annual cash and cost budgets, long-range financial planning, and monthly forecasts; all of which are essential to the strategic and operational decision-making of the business.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals in the consolidation, reporting, and executive communication of global distribution revenue
Develop and deliver executive presentations that communicate monthly financial results, budgets and long-term growth strategies to key executives
Serve as the primary finance liaison for technology initiatives, ensuring financial reporting systems support strategic business objectives
Manage cost and cash budgeting, forecasting, and collaborate with the Controllership team on quarterly financial close processes
Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Contract Administration
Collaborate with senior sales leadership and regional heads to prepare monthly sales performance reports across various regions
Drive special projects and initiatives, including continuous process improvements and financial system integrations

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, economics or related field
12+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
Desired Characteristics:
Experience in leading and implementing special projects such as new systems, new processes and transitional projects between NBCU internally and with third parties
Knowledge of financial systems integrations and workflows
MBA and/or CPA preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP preferred
Solid decision making, problem solving, technical, and analytical skills
Detail oriented but able to quickly grasp the big picture
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
