You will be the Finance Manager for the IRST Production contracts team. Our team is responsible for leading financial planning and execution for active production contracts, driving business growth and success through exceptional financial management and analysis.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team that performs multifunctional financial activities, including Earned Value Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Controller functions. Your responsibilities will include:
-Consolidating financial results and providing timely and accurate reporting
-Presenting key takeaways to senior leadership
-Utilizing forward-looking data analytics and visualization to inform financial strategy and decision-making

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Bachelor's degree is necessary for this position.
Experience utilizing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) process.
The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of training and developing peers and team members.
The candidate should have robust analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and critically.
The ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently is essential.
The candidate should be a self-starter, motivated, and capable of working effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
Desired Skills:
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a growing team of program finance analysts, providing guidance and oversight to ensure effective financial management and control.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program teams and financial management to monitor and track program performance, identify issues and trends, and ensure program financial commitments are met.
Financial Forecasting and Long-Range Planning: Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, including OS&P deliverables to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), to inform strategic decision-making.
Performance Reporting: Establish, maintain, and track program performance using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques, and create required reports and communications for leadership.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
