Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist for a Real Estate Investment firm, located in HONOLULU, Hawaii. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations, providing support to multiple supervisors, and maintaining effective communication with visitors.

Responsibilities

Efficiently receive and direct visitors within the office premises

Handle and route incoming telephone calls in a business-minded fashion

Carry out word processing tasks as required

Ensure filing systems are maintained and up-to-date

Use Microsoft Excel to manage and organize office data

Utilize Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents

Take responsibility for sending, receiving, and organizing emails

Use Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and calendar management

Facilitate and ensure smooth faxing procedures.

Requirements

Proficiency in basic office skills, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet management and data analysis

Experience with filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring organized record keeping

Proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting

Ability to manage detail oriented email correspondence, responding promptly and accurately

Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing tasks.
