This is a commission-only opportunity---ideal for someone eager to control their income and thrive in a performance-based environment.

What You'll Do:

Generate and qualify leads through self-promotion, referrals, or company-generated leads

Meet with prospective clients to assess needs and present tailored deck solutions

Prepare and present project proposals

Close sales and maintain strong follow-up with clients

Collaborate with our build teams to ensure project satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, especially in construction, remodeling, or home improvement (preferred)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Self-starter with a reliable work ethic

Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
