Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. This role is responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and meeting productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock audits.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, procurement, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.

Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners as needed.

Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, and team performance.

Skills:

Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment,

1 year in a leadership role.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree or vocational training

Forklift certification.

Experience with lean warehousing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
