Summary About the Position: You will serve as the Administrative Support Assistant (OA) at a multipurpose Project. Responsibilities Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the project office. Prepare budget estimates and monitors expenditures against the approved allotments. Serve as a point of contact and source of information for all areas of personnel administration. As Government Purchase Card Holder serve as the source of information for micro-purchase acquisition procedures to be used in procuring supplies, materials, and services. Keep track of employee training needs and schedules, initiate travel orders and insure that property records are maintained properly. Serve as the record management coordinator for the project office and ensure that all records are maintained in accordance with Army regulations. As a timekeeper- maintain, prepare and submit time and attendance data and labor cost summaries for the staff. At the GS-05 and GS-06 levels, the duties are developmental in nature leading to the full performance level of GS-06. The duties are described at the GS-07level. Formulate and execute indirect and direct budgets, assess resources, and maintain and control of multiple accounts. Add the two percentages. Proficiency Required: This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can @type 40 words per minute based on a 5-minute sample with three or fewer errors. Time in Grade Requirement: GS-07 applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
