Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk III to join our team in Midwest City, Oklahoma. This role is 100% onsite. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your accounting expertise in a dynamic environment. The role involves handling various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities:

Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.

Handle billing operations and ensure timely invoice processing.

Input and maintain financial data with precision using various accounting systems.

Process invoices and verify supporting documents for accuracy.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Navigate and operate accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during financial operations.

Generate reports and provide insights on financial transactions as required.

Requirements - Proven experience in account reconciliation and managing financial records.

Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

Proficiency in billing and invoice processing.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.

Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
