Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position within the banking industry, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and support a dynamic customer service team. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and efficient customer service environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the client services team in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations.

Oversee and enhance team efficiency through training and development initiatives.

Handle complex customer issues, complaints, and exceptions while providing coaching and feedback to team members.

Manage operational and compliance tasks, including audits, reporting, reconcilements, and procedural approvals.

Inspire and motivate employees, ensuring they are well-versed in all banking products and services.

Participate in recruiting, scheduling, evaluating performance, and addressing disciplinary matters as necessary.

Maintain accurate records and controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Collaborate on special projects or additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Foster a customer-focused environment, resolving issues effectively and maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements - Proficiency with 10-key touch, Microsoft Office, and banking software applications.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, achieving results through collaboration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening.

Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, and regulatory guidelines, or the ability to learn quickly.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
