Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to paychecks, enrollment details, and work hours. This is a long-term contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to a detail-oriented and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls in a call center setting, providing prompt and accurate information.

Assist employees and employers by addressing inquiries regarding paychecks, enrollment processes, and hours worked.

Maintain high performance by meeting daily metrics and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.

Handle email correspondence related to customer inquiries and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.

Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize customer information effectively. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.

Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word to perform basic tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
