Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we scale, we need someone who can blend Business Operations (BizOps) and Revenue Operations (RevOps) into a single, high-impact role-streamlining systems, aligning teams, and ensuring both day-to-day efficiency and long-term strategic growth.
As we expand, we're looking for a strategic, data-driven operator who has already built or scaled RevOps and BizOps functions in a fast-moving B2B or B2G environment. You've optimized CRM and marketing tools, driven accurate forecasting, and led cross-functional initiatives that measurably improved operational efficiency. In short, you're the person who turns fragmented processes into predictable revenue engines and smooth, scalable operations.

Pipeline & Forecasting: Drive end-to-end pipeline hygiene, revenue forecasting, and quota attainment tracking-ensuring accurate, transparent visibility at every stage.
Performance Analytics: Own KPI analysis (CAC, LTV, churn, sales cycle length, win rates) to pinpoint friction points and recommend improvements that accelerate revenue.
Process Alignment: Create and enforce SLAs, handoff processes, and dashboards that keep sales, marketing, and customer success operating in lockstep from lead to cash.
Pricing & Financial Coordination: Partner with Finance and Strategy to model pricing, discount structures, and quota plans that align with revenue goals.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all RevOps activities comply with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and ITAR as needed.
Business Operations (BizOps):
Cross -Functional Leadership: Lead high-impact projects (process redesign, cost optimization, new-market entry) that span engineering, product, finance, HR, and other teams.
Strategic Planning Support: Work side by side with executives to refine and execute 12-36 month strategic plans-translating vision into projects, KPIs, and timelines.
Operational Analysis: Analyze headcount planning, budget variances, and vendor performance data to identify inefficiencies and drive solutions (e.g., automation, resource reallocation).
Resource & Budget Management: Track departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and headcount plans. Provide regular updates to leadership and flag deviations early.
Governance & Reporting: Build and maintain OKRs, dashboards, and governance processes that foster transparency and data-driven decision-making across the company.
Continuous Improvement: Document SOPs, run post-mortems, and embed lean principles to create a culture of relentless iteration and efficiency.
