Job Title: Interview Clerk

Job Description

This project involves collecting data from inlet sites along the Catawba River. We are seeking six interview clerks to conduct surveys with community members who use these entry points to the river. Survey sites are located along the riverway. Each clerk will visit a site and conduct interviews for four hours.

Responsibilities

Conduct surveys with community members at various inlet sites along the Catawba River.

Visit designated sites and perform interviews for a duration of four hours per site.

Utilize an iPad to efficiently conduct surveys and record data.

Must have open availability from 8am-7pm.

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, AND holidays.

Essential Skills

Reliable and punctual.

Strong communication skills.

Proficient in using an iPad for data entry and survey conduction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma.

Experience in customer service and data entry is beneficial.

Work Environment

Interview clerks will be required to work during holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. A one-day training session will be held at the office in uptown Charlotte, followed by a training session at an access point on the same day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr.
