Description

Responsibilities Entry and processing of assigned Program and Divisional orders in ERP system Back-up to the Contracts Shipment Analyst -( back end, submitting into external data base for customers to accept the shipment) Routine interface with the Shipping, Quality and Finance Departments. Other duties as assigned. Below is the description of the responsibilities as well as qualifications. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or contracts experience and Associates degree. Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word Experience with SAP is a must. Accurate data entry experience. Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work to daily deadlines. Able to proficiently work independently as well as collaborating within a team. Keen problem solving skills - see a problem create a solution or ask for help. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English Proficiency Required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.70 - $33.66/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
