Position: Warehouse Lead - Receiving Focus

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $25-$27/hour (based on experience)

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Warehouse Lead with strong leadership skills and a solid background in warehousing or logistics - someone who has the potential to grow into a supervisory role.

In this role, you'll work closely with Operations Leadership to ensure daily warehouse functions run smoothly, with a primary focus on receiving operations. You'll help assign and coordinate work for warehouse associates, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, service, and productivity are consistently met.

Warehouse Lead - Receiving Focus

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $25-$27/hr (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

Lead and guide daily warehouse activities in receiving

Assign tasks and support a productive, safety-first team

Help with loading, unloading, and equipment checks as needed

Monitor shipment accuracy and report any discrepancies

Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Coach team members and provide timely feedback

What You Bring:

3+ years in warehousing or logistics

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in varying temperatures

Flexibility to adjust to business needs and schedules
