Your Specific Responsibilities:
Supports the Disaster Preparedness Program by preparing and submitting reports
Conducts mandated quarterly Everbridge Alert and Notification drills
Participates in trainings and exercises
Updates emergency contact lists, shelter lists, and researches and gathers data to prepare written correspondence
Updates local Special Needs Shelter registry by reviewing vital statistics death records monthly
Prepares blanket purchase orders for My Florida Market Place
Performs general office duties related to Public Health Preparedness
Assists in reporting information in CE Broker for professional continuing education requirements
Interprets and translates necessary documents from English to Spanish
