Position: BPAM Administrative Program Analyst, Mission Support Assistant

Locations: Regional (1)*

Essential Functions:

The BPAM Administrative Program Analyst,Mission Support Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, data management, and program support to ensure efficient operations within the PMO. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, supporting acquisition activities, tracking financial transactions, managing data, and assisting with administrative functions.

Meeting Facilitation & Coordination

Organize and facilitatemeetings and ad hoc projects, ensuring actionable outcomes.

Set and manage agendas , track action items, control meeting flow, and ensure stakeholders receive timely updates.

Prepare and distributemeeting minutes, coordinating follow-up activities.

Acquisition Support & Documentation

Assist inacquisition program management, tracking procurement timelines, and preparing acquisition documents.

DevelopStatements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS)in accordance with federal regulations.

Conductmarket research and vendor analysis, supporting procurement decision-making.

Financial & Budget Support

Track and reportfunding allocations, managing financial transactions throughSAP and TRIRIGA.

SubmitPurchase Requisition Requests (PRRs)and collaborate with finance teams to ensure proper budget execution.

Providecost estimation support, reviewing historical pricing and conducting comparative analysis.

Data & Mission Support

Managedata tracking and reporting, ensuring compliance with government record systems (TRIRIGA or its replacement).

Assist in maintainingcontract files, purchase logs, inventory tracking, and funding records.

PrepareQA/QC reports, update electronic files, and generate documentation for management review.

Administrative Support & Coordination

Serve asfirst point of contactfor PMO leadership, triaging requests and streamlining communications.

Coordinatetravel arrangements, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and documentation processing.

Developmemoranda, policies, procedures, and review incoming documentation for quality assurance.

Work closely withTraining Coordinators, assisting in scheduling and travel logistics for training sessions.

Supportcross-training efforts, ensuring new contractor personnel receive proper onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong administrative and organizational skills , with experience in program coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, SAP, and TRIRIGA .

Experience in acquisition support , financial tracking, and market research analysis.

Ability to manage sensitive data , ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills .

Conditions of Employment

U.S. Citizenship required

Must participate in a federal background investigation

A Bachelor's degree and (minimum) 5 or more years in Administrative and Facilitation support
