Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Steel Gallatin is seeking qualified candidates for the position of HR Administrator to assist all Human Resources functions for the Division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting with onboarding of new teammates.

Maintaining teammate data in SAP/SuccessFactors/Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll, OnBase, NOVAtime, etc.

Maintaining conformance to personnel policies, practices and legal requirements.

Supporting other HR functions as needed (benefits, time and attendance, payroll, recruiting, training) with records management, projects, etc.

Entering work requests and requisitions into IVARA system. Processing invoices and payment requests.

Assisting with planning and coordinating company activities and events, reward/recognition efforts, charitable programs, and other teammate/public activities.

Assisting in maintaining records and personnel files; corporate and government reporting and data management and reporting; and HRIS support.
