We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join us at our Wabash, Indiana location **.
What You Will Do:**
Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls, determining the nature of inquiries, and directing callers to the appropriate personnel
Provide support for off-site call handling as needed
Greet and assist visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and notify relevant staff of their arrival
Lead account maintenance activities and collaborate on the processing and mailing of Seed Proposals with designated team members
Act as the ADP eTime Administrator when required
Serve as the Corteva TUA Lead and manage GPOS reporting responsibilities.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Act as the primary contact for all vendor payable invoices and Wabash site purchase requisitions
Assist staff with sourcing and ordering office supplies
Support planning and logistics for Wabash PAR Plot Days, including scheduling meals, portable restrooms, golf carts, and other event needs
Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages via UPS/USPS, including supplies for District Sales Managers, Partner Programs, sign programs, and other office-related shipments
Serve as the focal point for reporting and coordinating maintenance and service calls for all office equipment
Act as the IT liaison for server, workstation, printer, and phone-related issues
Various other duties as assigned
Education:
You have a high school diploma or equivalent
What Skills You Need:
You possess a minimum of one (1) year related experience
You have a valid US Driver's License
You can work independently as well as in a team environment
You are comfortable with technology and possess good computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company specific applications as required
You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
You have high attention to detail can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent problem-solving skills
You are customer service orientated and comfortable interacting with both internal and external customers as a representative of Corteva
You uphold health and safety to the highest standard! You consistently help others and demonstrate adherence to safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure you and your colleagues go home safely every day
What Makes You Stand Out:
Two-Year Technical or Associates Degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field
Knowledge or experience with ADP
Work Authorization and Relocation:
This position does NOT offer a comprehensive domestic relocation benefit package

Work Location:
This is a H ybrid position, which requires employees are expected work approximately 60% on-site at the designated Corteva location and may work up to 40% remotely
