Our client, a dynamic legal firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be part of the legal department supporting a team of dedicated attorneys. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location: New York, New York (Remote)

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence.

Conduct legal and factual research to support case development in business, intellectual property, and real estate disputes.

Manage document review and production, including organizing and indexing electronically stored information (ESI).

Coordinate and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, depositions, and trial schedules.

Assist with trial preparation, including preparation of trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

What's Needed?

Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.

Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in litigation.

Strong research skills and proficiency in legal research databases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
