Description We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team on a contract basis in Beachwood, Ohio. This short-term role offers the opportunity to work with financial data and systems in a dynamic environment. The position will primarily involve tasks related to general ledger accounting and the use of advanced accounting software.

Responsibilities:

Manage and transfer financial data within QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to Business Central.

Perform general ledger accounting tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Utilize Business Central, a component of Microsoft Dynamics 365, to handle data and ensure seamless integration.

Maintain compliance and accuracy while working with financial records and reports.

Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and resolve discrepancies.

Analyze and verify financial transactions to ensure proper documentation and reporting.

Support accounting-related projects and deliverables as needed.

Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Requirements - Proven experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Business Central (part of Dynamics 365).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to hybrid work schedules if required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in ERP systems or similar accounting tools is highly desirable.
