Schedule: Full-time / Nights / 7:00pm-7:00am / Rotating days & weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care within scope of practice and in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Assist with implementation and monitoring of patient care plans.

Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Collaborate with preceptor to coordinate all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Assist with documentation and implementation of physician and nursing orders.

Assist with assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Temporary Registered Nurse credentialed from the state of Wisconsin obtained prior to hire date orjob transfer date.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required prior to start date.
