Food Service Quality:

Ensuring the proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products, adhering to health department standards.

Financial Performance:

Utilizing PandL and store reports to drive operational improvements and contribute to the restaurant's profitability.

Compliance:

Ensuring the restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards.

Employee Relations:

Working with the Restaurant Leader to manage and develop the store team.

Other duties:

May include tasks such as training new employees, assisting with inventory management, and handling customer inquiries.
