Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Islandia, New York. In this contract role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers while supporting daily administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude.

Maintain a clean and organized front office area to create a welcoming environment for visitors.

Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and record management to support team operations.

Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.

Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and courteous responses.

Participate in team meetings to share updates and improve service processes.

Occasionally assist with Saturday operations as needed. Requirements - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.

Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

Basic proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as required.
