Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Customer Service Representative in Grapevine, TX:

Shift Details:

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (onsite)

Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: Onsite

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsabilities:

Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and business partners via telephone and email.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for effective resolution.

Diagnose, assess, and proactively resolve customer problems or issues.

Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.

Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain accurate records.

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders with precision.

Audit invoices meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or inaccuracies in a timely manner.

Collaborate closely with the logistics team to identify and eliminate recurring billing issues.

Provide exceptional customer service by effectively handling invoice inquiries.

Perform administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.

A minimum of two years of previous experience in a logistics billing role.

A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.

Pay Details: $18.00 per week
