Pay Rate: $23.00/hr.
Job Summary:The Production scheduler will determine and set daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules in a wide variety of industries. In addition, monitor manufacturing performance and actively adjust schedules in response to equipment failures or supply shortages.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create daily production orders for each shift based on the production schedule.
· Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments.
· Work with material team to communicate any raw material shortages/delays.
· Create daily production report templates for each shift.
· Create Product History Cards for each shift
· Coordinate and oversee expedited material needs for production.
· Revise production schedules when required due to changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, sales, or production. (added).
· Complete status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory
· Coordinate with departments and project managers as needed to identify and resolve issues regarding materials, budget and delivery dates

Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bi-Lingual- Spanish/English (preferred)
Attendance/Punctuality- Is consistently at work and on time.
Quality- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Quantity- Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.
Safety- Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.
Good attention to detail.
Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
Administrative - Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and workplace terminology (added).
Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods (added).
