Position Overview
The Manager of Lifecycle Marketing Initiatives is an operational, hands-on leader responsible for executing and optimizing CRM programs that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. This role bridges marketing strategy, technology, and execution-overseeing a nimble team that manages campaign build, QA, deployment, and CRM system health across email, push, and SMS channels. Ideal candidates bring deep platform expertise, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering seamless, scalable customer journeys.
Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push, and SMS using Microsoft Dynamics and supporting platforms.
Act as the mrketing in-house Microsoft Dynamics SME, ensuring efficient campaign builds, accurate audience segmentation, data integration, and journey orchestration and collaborating frequently with IT.
Utilize Figma to partner with design and UX teams on wireframes and user flows that align campaign visuals with lifecycle goals.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and fostering career growth while drive top performance.
Own the planning and timely delivery of all CRM programs and initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with brand, product, analytics, and engineering.
Utilize dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with analytics partners to monitor audience health, deliverability, and campaign KPIs.
Use data to recommend strategic changes to Senior Manager and Director.
Define scalable processes for campaign QA, documentation, compliance, and workflow automation to improve speed-to-market and accuracy.
Work closely with marketing strategy, product, sales, customer experience and customer service teams to deliver integrated, customer-first CRM experiences.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, communications, or business field
6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations /Creative or equivalent education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for marketing automation and customer journey building.
Proficiency in Figma for campaign visualization, wireframing, and collaboration with UX/design teams.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects with clear documentation, testing, and reporting protocols.
Strong understanding of data segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, and CRM performance metrics.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy standards.
Experience with HTML/CSS for email builds a plus.

Pay Ranges
$95,010.00 - $158,350.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
