About this Job
This is a full-time position located at theCapitol Annex Building in Baton Rouge, LA.
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLWING COMPETENCIES:

Minimum Qualifications
Five years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 hours, which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
This position serves as the confidential executive assistant to the Undersecretary. The employee assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to achieve the goals and mission of the agency.
Position-Specific Details:
This position will be filled as apromotion; you must be a current permanent employee of the Dept. of Culture, Recreation, and Tourism, serving in a Classified position, in order to qualify.
