WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Site Administrative Assistant, you will:
Maintains Site Director's calendar, makes appointments, and arranges for meeting rooms and travel needs
Be responsible for creating and executing Employee Engagement activities and planning for Client Site visits.
Prepares business presentation documents and spreadsheets
Type, may transcribe dictation, and establishes and maintains a variety of office files
Maintains recurring internal reports including and not limited to purchase order creation, reporting and reconciliations for the Site.
Requisitions of supplies, printing, maintenance, or other services through appropriate channels
Responds to routine telephone requests which have standard answers; refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Site Administrative Assistant role include:
Associate's degree in related field is preferred, along with one to three years of relevant experience.
A proven powerful self-starter who can execute creative events which would include designing and executing Employee Engagement activities and Client site visits.
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
Exceptional attention to detail, solid professionalism and reliability in maintaining confidentiality.
Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

The base salary range for this position is $20 to $21/HR ., (pay rate will not be below applicable minimum wage) plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
