Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $21 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Semi Skilled Construction Worker:

Assist with demolition of structures, including removal of debris and hazardous materials

Perform general labor duties such as site clean-up, material handling, and loading/unloading

Operate basic hand and power tools as directed

Assist with hanging drywall and framing walls under supervision

Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) with tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Assist in the setup and teardown of temporary structures such as scaffolding or fencing

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

Prior experience in construction, demolition, or general labor preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools

Must be able to assist with hanging drywall and framing

Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites

Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Dependable, punctual, and hard-working

Steel-toe boots and other PPE required
