Customer Service Representative

Our client, a dynamic player in the customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various designers and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Teterboro, NJ

Pay Range: $43k depending on experience

What's the Job?

Process orders in the database specifically designed for our company.

Ensure timely processing of orders and communicate updates back to customers and designers.

Look up shipped orders for tracking and check stock availability.

Process sample requests as needed.

As you become more familiar with the company, additional duties will include answering phone inquiries and managing a select group of customers and designers.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in a customer service role.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in using databases and tracking systems.
