Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Escondido, California. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for customers, handling non-medical inquiries and ensuring exceptional service at every interaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Handle 30-50 incoming non-medical calls daily, assessing the nature of inquiries and prioritizing their urgency.

Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and resolving basic concerns.

Transfer calls to the appropriate staff members or departments while ensuring a seamless handoff process.

Document call details and follow-up actions accurately in the system to maintain organized records.

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document scanning, filing, and other light office duties to support the team.

Maintain an attentive and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers, upholding the organization's customer service standards.

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing email correspondence as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments.

Familiarity with clerical tasks, including document scanning and filing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
