Join our team as a Treasury Cash Management Finance Analyst, where you will conduct comprehensive financial and business-related analyses to assess the impact of various projects, systems, and transactions. As a Treasury Cash Management Finance Analyst, you will conduct analyses and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment. You will prepare forecasts, analyze trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, and general business conditions, and provide detailed work plans and schedules. Completing thorough analyses, you will identify options, prepare reports for management, and recommend actions or changes for assigned projects.
Your responsibilities include participating in the formulation of departmental budgets, reviewing actual expenses versus budget, and issuing monthly variance statements. You will contribute to the development of department procedures and performance measures, conducting special financial and business-related studies as requested.
Maintaining satisfactory attendance and timeliness is essential. You will be responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulatory considerations. If you oversee others, you will ensure their understanding and compliance with these regulations.

What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in accounting or finance reflecting increasing levels or responsibility; or Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work.
Experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. What Will Set You Apart:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance plus 5 years experience in accounting or finance reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and customers.
Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions. Experience interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
Experience performing work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character, usually involving limited responsibility, requiring frequent evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.

Compensation:
Hiring Salary Range Posted: $68,700 - $103,100 Annually
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
