The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing the warehouse operations, involving Warehouse, Office, Recruiting and OS&D Department

Ensuring management of staff is consistent with Company Goals and Guidelines

Monitoring operation statistics and encourage improvement; fostering a spirit of innovative thinking in attaining goals

Ensuring adequate staffing levels throughout terminal

Developing, maintaining and improving current processes to ensure security of freight and personnel, while promoting and demonstrating Pyle Culture

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

Previous Warehouse Manager experience

Previous Management experience

Ability to work all shifts as required

Computer skills to include MS Office

Ability to Lead, Teach, and Mentor staff while enforcing Company Policies

Effective communication skills
