Job Description Principal Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee finance, human resources, legal, intellectual property, information technology, international trade compliance, and facilities functions. Manage organizational structures and process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with senior management to establish organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment of administrative functions with the development organization, production organization and sales organization in TMEA, and also alignment with business unit in TEL. Serve as a key member of the business unit's executive leadership team, actively participating in discussions related to company strategy, culture, and growth. Provide guidance and support to department heads in the execution of operational plans. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental efficiency and productivity. Function as the primary liaison between department's administrative functions in TMEA and the executive leadership team, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, workplace standards, and other legal matters. Lead initiatives related to transformational change in administrative practices, including technology adoption and process reengineering. Performs all other duties, as assigned. Supervisory and/or Leadership Responsibilities Supervise department leaders within TMEA's human resources, operations, and administrative support services. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, empowering teams to innovate and apply best practices. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for emerging leaders within the organization. Act as a key spokesperson for administrative initiatives, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in administration, operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices within administrative functions. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of fostering a positive organizational culture. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and drive change. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders. Proficiency in using technology and software that support administrative and operational functions. Salary Ranges$ - $ Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
