Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for the Garnier haircare business, uncovering deep consumer insights and identifying untapped growth opportunities to accelerate the total brand. They will compile informed consumer insights from qualitative and quantitative sources (Nielsen, Power BI, HH Panel, CMI and Cat Dev reports...) and work closely with Omni Shopper, CAL, BE, and BBD teams to develop and execute creative tactical support plans. Influences DMI (Global Team) on consumer insights, market drivers and local trends to develop a winning future innovation plan.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to performing business & competitive analyses, forecasting (in partnership with Demand Planning), preparing presentations for internal and external meetings, and leading transversal / "new frontier" projects. This position is an opportunity for a proactive, self-motivated individual to be both creative and analytical to help accelerate growth on a high potential business within an iconic brand.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Ownership
Track weekly sales (including category performance, top competitors and brand drivers / drainers) and provide key highlights, challenges/risks and opportunities
Monitor reviews and ratings and consumer sentiment through social listening to report back learnings and insights
Track trends that impact the haircare category and translate into insights
Understand and manage consumption forecast, in partnership with Demand Planning
Strategy & Planning
Drive the research, analysis, category trends and insights to develop short and long term strategy
Showcase out of the box thinking to drive breakthrough marketing plans
Own internal sell in of strategy + plans to key stakeholders and cross functional teams
Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute tactical support plans
GTMK support for BBD and sales teams
Financial Tracking :
Working knowledge of Consumption, Gross Sales, Net Sales, Gross Margin and Profit.
Help manage production budget if leading a project that requires funding, including ownership of PO creation
Transversal projects
Identify new frontier opportunities for the brand; for example, new media platforms or innovation concepts to explore

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required
2-3 years professional work experience
Operational Marketing experience preferred

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $90,100 - $101,340 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
