About E+ES
Caterpillar's Electrification + Energy Solutions (E+ES) Division will focus on delivering advanced electrified powertrain, zero-emissions products/technologies, and the solutions and services associated with these technologies. Focus areas include batteries, fuel cells, motors, inverters, micro grid controllers, charging, energy storage systems, lifecycle solutions/services and integration of components for ePowertrain solutions across industries.

Job Summary
As a Project Coordinator, you'll support the Launch Manager in driving key initiatives across a corporate program. Your primary focus will be managing the timely shipment of Gensets to the Griffin facility and PSN Packagers, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
What You Will Do:
Track progress according to program schedules and goals; develop solutions to program problems.
Participate in the preparations of proposals, plans, and program specifications.
Develop the project scope documents, project timetables and other documents that would be provided to Project Managers.
Monitor the scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs.
Degree Requirement:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience desired

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, data comparison)
Experience with SAP or Microsoft Project Online

Additional Information
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Summary Pay Range:
$79,800.00 - $119,760.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
