The Lean Coach -Director is charged with improving the lean thinking and execution capabilities of project teams - spanning front line workers to senior leadership levels. You will be building lean capabilities on projects with complex technical elements, large number of design and construction partners, and distributed execution across the globe. You will be expected to coach and mentor the development of the following competencies primarily:

Last Planner System, encompassing the following elements

Master Scheduling using Pull Planning

Phase Pull Planning/ Takt Planning

Look Ahead Planning /Make Ready Planning/Takt Planning

Visual management and removal of Constraints

Weekly Work Planning

Daily Huddles of Trade Foreman

Design and development of Visual Production Boards

Daily huddles of Craft workers at the work fronts

Risk Management in Construction

Design of Operations

Application of LPS in Production Design

Value Stream Mapping when such is necessitated

Continuous Flow in a heavy industrial construction

Total Productive Maintenance

Visual Production management

Standard work

Leader Standard Work

Toyota Kata

Training Within Industry (TWI)

Quick Changeover

Obeya /Mission Control

A3 Problem Solving

Kaizen
