As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Site in Elkton, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.

Support emergency response activities according to established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Maryland Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
