About the Role

The Vice President for Finance partners with the Treasury Americas business to d rive the delivery of the Global Premium Americas business' financial commitments. This takes place across a number of complex regions, markets and channels and involves full P&L and balance sheet ownership for the region. An ability to provide effective, timely and fact-based analysis to influence and inform decision making will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the senior-most financial leader for the Americas region of the Global Premium Division, with full accountability for performance and risk management, as well as business partnering and strategic advice to sales and marketing stakeholders.

Drive critical assessment of investments made with customers and brands

Work closely with the sales team and external distributors and customers to drive top line growth for the Global Premium business in the Americas

Implement and lead a fact-driven return on investment culture across the business unit

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the Integrated Business Planning process and own the risks and opportunities process, ensuring appropriate plans are formulated and action assigned

Ensure Integrated Business Plan core assumptions are robust, fact based and aligned to business strategy

Own the budget and lead the formulation of long-term plans (GVP, 5YP) for the business unit ensuring aligned to strategy

Reporting:

Provide insights on financial performance of our customers, channels and brands, and recommendations to improve performance. Ensure clear communication of performance drivers at month end

Be the champion of TWE policies, controls and processes, including ensuring that these are implemented consistently and effectively across the Americas Global Premium business

Build strong relationships with key finance and LT stakeholders in Australia, as well as strong relationships with finance team members in other divisions within Americas.

Develop and coach a team

About you

You have at least 10 years' experience in senior finance, strategy or planning roles

You have a college degree in Accounting or Finance

You are a member of a relevant professional association, CA / CPA

You have demonstrated the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

You have effective planning and project management skills

You are solutions minded, displaying a positive 'Can Do' attitude

You are able to act as an agent of change, constantly driving profitability

You have strong commercial acumen

You have demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high performing team

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $191,000 to $250,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
