JR152484 Product Operations Manager
CareBridge Health is a proud member of the Elevance Health family of companies, within our Carelon business. CareBridge Health exists to enable individuals in home and community-based settings to maximize their health, independence, and quality of life through homecare and community-based services.
Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.
The Product Operations Manager helps drive the efficiency, coordination, and reliability of our product development process. In this role, you'll work across teams-product, engineering, analytics, clinical operations, and customer success-to strengthen the systems, processes, and tools that support high-quality technology delivery.
Your efforts will play a key role in empowering our care teams and providers to deliver timely, effective, and compassionate care to vulnerable populations. By ensuring our products are reliable, scalable, and well-supported, you'll help amplify the positive impact of the technology we build-both on the frontline teams we empower and lives of those we serve.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and process execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
How will you make an impact:
Product Operations and Execution Support
Own the systems and tools that support day-to-day product development-including our Product Analytics Suite.
Support backlog grooming, release readiness, and delivery tracking by working closely with product managers and engineering leads.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to keep product initiatives on track and ensure clear communication between teams.
Maintain product documentation and help facilitate internal training and rollout coordination for new releases.
Manage relationships with key product tool vendors, including contracts, licensing, renewals, and support escalations.
Systems Mapping and Monitoring
Develop and maintain a comprehensive map of all systems, tools, and integrations that support key operational and care delivery workflows.
Monitor the health of key systems and integrations using dashboards and feedback loops, escalating issues when risks or errors are detected.
Collaborate with engineering and product to define alerting and triage workflows for system incidents or downtime.
Process Improvement and Change Coordination
Help document and improve product operations processes-including intake, prioritization, release tracking, and change management.
Support the implementation of safeguards to reduce system breakage-such as system checks, QA workflows, and escalation protocols.
Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to lessons-learned documentation to support continuous improvement.
Insights and Performance Visibility
Maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product delivery progress, adoption trends, and key operational metrics.
Track and share product engagement and issue trends to support prioritization and product decision-making.
Minimum requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, including minimum of 2 years' experience in solutions management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience supporting healthcare products, particularly in value-based care.
Experience with system and workflow mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).
Background working with third-party vendors or integrations across a digital health product stack.
