Lead Sourcing Consultant-Supply Chain

About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Sourcing Consultant to join our Strategic Sourcing Team within Supply Chain Management.

In this role, you will :

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Collaborate and consult with leaders of the Business Execution team and partner businesses to drive strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications, US :

5+ years of Sourcing, Procurement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualification :

Extensive experience negotiating and managing Market Data providers, rationalizing utilization and developing sourcing strategies

Customer relationship management experience

Financial services experience, either on the buy side or sell side

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels

Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels including executive

Ability to mitigate risk within processes and procedures

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

Job Expectations:

Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.

Position is not VISA eligible.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
